EXCHANGE-RETURN POLICY

You have the possibility to return the product you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date indicated on the receipt or purchase invoice.
Entering your order, select the "RETURN REGISTRATION" field and fill in the necessary information.

Returns charge the consumer €5 for Athens and €9 for the countryside.

If the product does not meet the conditions for return, please arrange to receive it from our store or send it in any way you choose.

REFUND

In the event that you do not wish to replace the returned product with a new one, you have the right to request a withdrawal (refund) WITHIN 14 calendar days, following the steps through our platform, filling in all the requested information.

The jkkalimeratzis company must refund the exact amount collected for the specific product WITHIN 14 calendar days from the day the withdrawal request was made. The credit will be given in the same way that the consumer originally used and PROVIDED that the product meets the return conditions.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND CONDITIONS

The product that is returned to jkkalimeratzis.gr must be accompanied by the proof of purchase, be in excellent condition and not have suffered any damage or processing. It must be in the packaging in which you received it, with all the tags and its tags intact.

The tights are NOT returnable.

Bras with built-in cups should not be folded or wrinkled, as this will be considered wear.

Items with a 50% discount and offers are subject to a shipping charge of €3.50 for the first change and €6.00 ​​for each subsequent change.

As some items belong to a sensitive category, the quality control rules are strict, to ensure the hygiene of each consumer.

In the event that the conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the customer at his own charge (€3.50).
